4. Processing of Personal Information of Children Under 14
The services provided by Team Crescendo require signing in or linking through an external platform account such as a Google account or Discord account.
Because Google and Discord, as a rule, set 14 or older as the minimum age for account use for users in the Republic of Korea, Team Crescendo, as a rule, provides its services to users aged 14 or older.
As a rule, Team Crescendo does not collect personal information from or provide services to children under 14.
The game service verifies eligible age using the age in full years entered by the user at sign-up and does not accept sign-ups from users under 14. The age entered is also used to apply the monthly spending limit for Youth members (under 18).
However, if Team Crescendo finds that personal information of a child under 14 has been processed without the consent of a legal guardian, it will take necessary measures such as deleting that personal information without delay or restricting that account's use of the services.
If Team Crescendo must, by exception, process personal information of a child under 14, it will obtain the consent of the legal guardian in accordance with applicable laws and verify that the legal guardian has consented.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
As a rule, Team Crescendo does not provide users' personal information to outside parties. However, personal information may be provided by exception in the following cases.
- Where the user has given prior consent
- Where there are special provisions in law, or a request is made through lawful procedures by investigative agencies, courts, supervisory authorities, etc.
- Where necessary to investigate violations of the Terms of Service or the Operating Policy and to prevent harm

When providing personal information to a third party, Team Crescendo informs users of the recipient, the purpose of provision, the items provided, the retention and use period, etc., and obtains the necessary consent.

Team Crescendo may provide sign-in or service integration features using external platform accounts such as Google and Discord for users' convenience and to provide its services.
Users can sign in to Team Crescendo services, or use the Discord chatbot and community features, through a Google account or Discord account.

If you unlink using an in-service feature, you cannot link a different external account of the same type for 30 days from the date of unlinking, to prevent account theft and account trading. Relinking the account you unlinked is not restricted.
Team Crescendo provides its services to users who meet the external platforms' minimum age requirements. If a user can no longer use their external platform account normally, their use of Team Crescendo services may also be restricted.

Team Crescendo does not make decisions that significantly affect users' rights or obligations solely through automated systems.
However, automated systems may be used in a supporting role for purposes such as detecting abnormal use, cheating, security risks, and spam, and improving matchmaking quality.
