The Action Cards in the Tsart Character Pack require 2 or more AP, but are built to deliver powerful effects.

Gaining lots of AP

Since you need to produce a lot of AP, they're quite demanding to use—but don't worry! The other cards in the pack provide countermeasures so you can always play them, such as gaining lots of AP or reducing a card's AP cost when you play it.

Extra rules
